Terms of use
Updated on 02.10.2026. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.
The website
This website presents the Verbier Music Association, a non-profit association, its events calendar and that of its partner DJs. It is free and sells nothing.
Publisher: Verbier Music Association, c/o F. Roux, Chemin de la Lunaire 20, 1934 Le Châble VS, Switzerland. Contact: info@verbier-music.ch. The association is represented by its president, Valentin Stutz. Website hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak.
Membership
The “Join” form sends a membership application. It does not mean admission: the committee decides (articles of association, art. 6), and the fee set by the general meeting applies from admission.
Submitting a gig
By submitting an event, through the form or by tagging @verbiermusic on an Instagram post, you:
- confirm that the information is accurate and that you are the artist concerned or are authorised to announce the event;
- agree that we publish, after approval by the committee, the title, date, venue and a link to your announcement;
- understand that publication is not a right: the committee may decline a submission without giving reasons, or remove a date.
We do not copy any photo or video from your Instagram posts. If you attach a visual to the form, you confirm that you hold the rights to it (or have the consent of its author and of any recognisable people) and you allow us to publish it free of charge with the date, on our website and social media. You can ask for a date or a visual to be removed at any time at info@verbier-music.ch.
Content and trademarks
The Verbier Music name and logo belong to the association. Artists’ announcements remain their property. Links to other websites, including Instagram, are provided as is; we are not responsible for their content.
Accuracy
We publish the events calendar with care, but dates, venues and programmes may change: check with the organiser before you travel. The association is not liable for a cancellation or change decided by a third party.
Personal data
See the privacy policy.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Swiss law applies.
